FREE international shipping on orders over 15,000 yen.

Important notice for international shippings

International taxes, customs and other charges are not included in the postage paid at SHIKISAI. International duties may vary from country to country. Please be aware, SHIKISAI has no control over these duties.

Return Policy

Acceptable returns

We accept returns (refund / replacement) under the conditions below.

  • – A defect or a fault found in the purchased item.
  • – Provided we are contacted within 14 days from the shipping confirmation email.
  • – Provided the item is unused.

NOT acceptable returns

We DO NOT accept returns on the customer’s reasons, such as listed below.

  • – You don’t like the received item.
  • – You prefer deferent color.
  • – The item size doesn’t fit you.
  • – The item didn’t reach you, because you rejected the payment of customs duties.

Damage in transit

In case of damage or loss in transit, please email us at welcome(at mark)shi-ki-sa-i.com immediately. SHIKISAI will solve it as soon as possible.

Return Instructions

Please follow the following return procedure:

  1. Email us at welcome(at mark)shi-ki-sa-i.com within 14 days after you received the shipping confirmation email from SHIKISAI.
  2. In the email, please clearly address the reason of returns and whether you request refund or replacement.
  3. After reviewing your request, we will notify by email if your return has been approved.
  4. Send the item back to the following address:

    Please make sure you keep some proof (receipt) and the tracking number of the shipment.
  5. After you have sent back the item, email us the actual cost and tracking number of the shipment.

Important notice for returning items

Please note:

  • No returns are accepted, after the deadline of 14 days from the shipping comfirmation email.
  • Under no circumstances SHIKISAI will accept any shipments with postage due.
  • Any returns without approval will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

How to receive refund

Soon after the item will reach us and assure the defect, you will receive refund in the same way you made your purchase (credit card or PayPal).
The amount that will be refunded is the total cost that you paid when you purchased the item at SHIKISAI, plus the shipping cost you paid for return.

How to receive replacement

Soon after the item will reach us and assure the defect, you will receive the shipping cost you paid for return, in the same way you made your purchase (credit card or PayPal).
At the same time, we will dispatch the replacement to you.
